Synopsis

It's been three and a half years after the Evil Ending of Infamous Second Son, Delsin has been captured and conduits are now seen as more of a threat then ever, now if your a conduit, you will be gunned down, no exception. But now two conduits will step up to stop both the corrupt Government & the newly escape Delsin Rowe. & uncover truths they never thought were possible.

He has return from the dead via the lighting bolt. feeling he had failed that the Conduits were still around, He freed all the Conduits at Curden Cay, taking most of there powers, only for him to get captured himself. Now he has escaped & is wrecking havoc once more with his own group of conduits.
