Cole MacGrath, a Parkour loving bike messenger is tasked to deliver an enigmatic box. Only to get caught in the center of an explosion that devastates several city blocks of his home, Empire City. Now Cole finds himself with new electricity-based superpowers. With the city in Chaos and The Government issuing a mysterious quarantine, Gangs begin to take advantage of the devastation.
