Cole MacGrath, a bike messenger, is caught in the blast that destroys numerous Empire City city blocks. The explosion causes chaos in the city, and Cole gains new electrically-based superpowers as a result. Cole is given the opportunity to choose whether to use his newfound abilities for good or evil as the plot follows him as he attempts to bring some form of order to Empire City.read more
