In the comics, she was the wife of Hulk. As well as bearing a child with the Big Green Monster. That child was Skaar. Who Hulk thought had perished in a bomb. But in this iteration, she is wife of Maestro and mother of Skaar and Lyra. Always ever loyal to her husband, but what about her children?
