The devilish and brilliant mastermind by the name of Dr. Neo Cortex, along with his insane assistant N. Brio, creates a humanoid bandicoot to use it as a weapon of destruction. But the experiement goes wrong, causing the mutated Bandicoot to go rouge against his creator. Now Crash's sister, Coco, his new mentor, Aku Aku, and his girlfriend, Twana, have to band together against Dr. Neo Cortex and his forces.
