Dr. Bruce Banner is offered a position at a the maximum security prison known as The Cube, intended to hold gamma powered prisoners. Quickly, Bruce discovers the offer was a trick by Thunderbolt Ross to lock Bruce inside and kill every gamma powered subject in government custody. But, the plan fails when Dr. Samuel Sterns hijacks the bomb being used and instead supercharges every prisoner with excess amounts of gamma radiation.
