The PHTA (Planetary Human Transfer Agency) in 2089 tried to stop the entry of clandestine passengers on ships to the New Earth. 20 years after Isiah, a ex-veteran of PHTA, must face the problem his company caused to the two worlds, helping one prostitute to escape from the cartel.
