Dan Williams Is Steve’s sidekick and the second in command for Five-O. Kimo Carew took his place in season 12. In 1997, unaired, movie, Williams played by James MacArthur was the governor. In the pilot movie Cocoon, Dan Williams was played by Tim O’Kelly, which was soon replaced by James MacArthur because they thought Danno looked too young when Tim was playing him.
