After coming across a foreign ring, Jessica Cruz becomes bonded to it. Hearing of this, The Guardians Of The Universe send Hal Jordan, Earth’s first Green Lantern to train Cruz in how to use it. Just as this is all happening, a deranged and humiliated sports superstar has gone on a crime spree against those who he believes to have ruined his career and partners up with a big headed genius. Now the Lantern Corps have to come together to beat this duo.
