Britt Reid, the heir to the largest newspaper fortune in Los Angeles, is a spoiled ladies' man who, until now, has led an aimlessly happy life. After the death of her father, Britt meets Kato, a company employee. Realizing that they have the talent and resources to make something of their lives, Britt and Kato join forces and transform into a pair of costumed fighters who decide to bring the city's criminals to justice.
