An animated movie with Green Arrow and Black Canary teaming up to defeat Count Vertigo. When a surge of high-tech weapons floods Star City’s streets, Green Arrow traces the shipments to a powerful new crime syndicate led by the manipulative Count Vertigo. Vertigo plans to seize control of the city using a mind-warping sonic device capable of turning civilians into his personal army. During an ambush, Green Arrow nearly loses his life - until he’s saved by Black Canary, a mysterious vigilante whose devastating “Canary Cry” makes her as dangerous as she is determined. Though their personalities clash- Oliver Queen’s cocky bravado against Dinah Lance’s disciplined precision - they form an uneasy alliance. As they dig deeper, they uncover Vertigo’s true plan: to unleash the sonic device during a global summit hosted in Star City, forcing world leaders into submission. Along the way, Oliver and Dinah’s reluctant partnership grows into trust, respect, and even affection, as they realize they fight best when they fight together. In a final showdown atop Vertigo’s skyscraper fortress, Canary’s sonic power and Green Arrow’s deadeye precision combine to destroy the device, shattering Vertigo’s hold on the city. But while the battle is won, Oliver and Dinah know their war for justice has only just begun.
