A new character for the series. Ward is the head of the organisation (similar to Torchwood and UNIT from Doctor Who, Sector 7 from Transformers, CTU from 24, Section 13 from Jackie Chan Adventures and the titular organisation from G.I. Joe) Dipper and Mabel now work for. He recruits them both as he was amazed seeing news reports of their efforts of defeating Bill Cipher during the events of Weirdmageddon. He is based on Jerry from Totally Spies, Captain Black from Jackie Chan Adventures and Nick Fury from the Marvel Comics.
