This is the militarization of the entire concept of Batman. This isn't just one man helping a city accomplish what it couldn't do alone. This is a group of somewhere between five and ten highly trained vigilantes, who are looking to supplant the democratic justice system in our city. A handful of whom look like they're teenagers, for God's sake. And that's not even mentioning that they are doing it alongside the highly dangerous convicted super-powered murderer and criminal, Clayface. Can you even imagine what the public would do if they knew?
