Description of Neil Richards (Mad Mod):
Wacky, obsessive and 100% British; Neil Richards dresses like a member of The Beatles and talks with probably the heaviest British accent in the world. He's a tech wiz who is extremely gifted with hypnosis which has it's perks when he can hypnotize weak-minded teachers into believing he's done his homework. Richards is mostly a loner but his smarts allow him to fall-in with Gotham High students such as Edward Nygma.
