Gotham City has been a giant powder keg for years, but this time it's all about to en in flames. The biggest gang bosses, the Joker, the Penguin and Two-Face, clash with their hundreds of men all over town and the police are powerless against it. All of this was fomented by a rising gangster, Roman Sionis, with the aim of taking over their operations once it was over, and who has now also come up with a nickname for himself. Previous gangsters conflicts in Gotham's history now seem like little playground brawls compared to this war of supervillains, which only Batman could stop...provided he didn't fall first !
