She has aspirations that are bigger than Buffalo, but she's also been hiding ever-growing feelings for Grady, who has been her favorite part of working at Dunder Mifflin. This internal tension drives much of the series. Does she tell Grady about her feelings? Is it too late or is it just the right time? What if he feels the same way? Would he ever be willing to leave Buffalo? Would she be willing to stay?
