In the third chapter of the Ghost Rider saga, Johnny Blaze faces an even more sinister and personal threat. Mephisto, the Lord of Hell, plots cunning revenge by bringing his rebellious son, Blackheart, from the hellish depths. Together, father and son form a dark alliance to plunge the world into chaos and despair. Johnny, now living a quiet life after the events of the second film, is suddenly drawn back into the supernatural world when Blackheart resurfaces seeking power and revenge against Mephisto himself. Ghost Rider reluctantly finds himself at the center of a battle that threatens to trigger the apocalypse when he learns how threatening Mephisto's son is. With the help of Danny Ketch and Carter Slade, Johnny embarks on a journey to face the horrors of hell embodied in Blackheart. As he battles demons and supernatural creatures, he discovers ancient secrets about his own past and the intricate connection between Mephisto, Blackheart, and the Ghost Riders.
