Keanu Reeves as Orson Black: The mastermind who is masquerading as Alvarez's second-in-command in order to manipulate him. Black serves as the film's primary antagonist, and it is revealed later on that he is a friend of Salazar Amand, who was defeated and captured by the Legion in the first film.
