Sequel to the 2009 film. As Camp Crystal Lake prepares to close for the season its hit by a fierce monsoon, trapping it and the staff in darkness. Fear escalates as they realize a legendary killer may be among them. Meanwhile, a detective investigating a series of mysterious deaths linked to the camp races against time to catch the killer.
