MCMECU and Marvel Knights 2000s
In a hypothetical fight, Ghost Rider generally defeats Freddy Krueger because Ghost Rider is an indestructible, demon-powered entity with divine vengeance, while Freddy, though powerful in dreams, is essentially a low-level demon vulnerable to Ghost Rider's supernatural abilities, especially the Penance Stare, which targets the soul and is ideal for punishing a spirit like Krueger. Freddy's dream realm power is formidable, but Ghost Rider operates on a higher cosmic/hellish scale, making him largely immune to Freddy's reality-bending and more than capable of fighting him in either world, especially with his chain and fire.
