Every 22 years, a deadly storm wreaks havoc on the island Apollo. When John Jones is assigned by his boss to help activate a device to stop the storm, it ends up causing a flood that drives the citizens of Apollo crazy. Now, in order to fix everything, he teams up with his old army friends to collect remotes for the device that caused everything.
