Post-Justice League V, Movie 23
The original Killer Frost, Crystal Frost, is killed in a battle after absorbing too much heat/power from Firestorm. When her friend, Dr. Louise Lincoln learns of this, she decides to repeat the experiment that turned Crystal into her villainous counterpart, to get revenge on Firestorm. As well as avenge her fallen friend.
