For women, Mod fashion became synonymous with the Swinging Sixties, promoting an androgynous and youthful silhouette. Designers like Mary Quant popularized the miniskirt, while A-line dresses, shift dresses, bold geometric patterns, and flat shoes became defining features of the look, famously modeled by figures like Twiggy.
