In the year 2283, the planet Nevaeh, a world of winged humans are invaded by the forces of planet Earth after they attempted to reach out to the universe in brotherhood. Those who are not killed have their wings cut off and put into slavery. A handful of Nevaehen prisoners escape, led by their leader, SAFEGUARD, to go to Earth and plead their case to end the war. They crash land on Earth... but 300 years too early, in the year 1983. Aided by human farmer GREGORY WILLIS, the group realizes that their plan has failed... Until, while rooting through the attic of Gregory Willis, they discover old comic books and become inspired for their new plan; build mechanical versions of their wings, save people in the past to change their future, and stop the war on Nevaeh from ever happening.
