Quincy High School is the typical American high school; puppy love, stress headaches, extracurricular activities and experimental therapy. Alexandra Linus is a 23 year old on the verge of a nervous breakdown when her therapist suggests returning to her happiest time. Alex was happiest in high school, before her mother's death, before her father lost everything, before she gave up her dreams of higher education and a career to start working full time to help her dad make ends meet, before life seemingly have up on her. Nearly seven years after she left the school for "the last time", Alex finds herself in a changed building, new classes, a younger faculty and a lack of comfort she'd been craving. But with the support of her father, best friend, coworker, principal and therapist, she tried to recapture her senior year and finally start the life she'd promised herself.
