Synopsis

Set on the alien planet "Eridu", we follow "Aapo", a leading scientist on the planet and his wife to be "Akna", who is known as a respected teacher in the capital city of "Pilar". Rising tensions on the planet between the two dominant species on the planet (Chontal and the Igigi) thrust the main characters into the centre of a potential rebellion against the religious government in place. The two species on the planet are influenced by the Mayan and Sumerian cultures from history. Inspired by Avatar/Mass Effect series.

Description of Aapo:

Aapo is a leading scientist on the planet and is well respected and treated as a celebrity by most members of his species. He enjoys his work and has rejected the chance to move through the ranks as it would mean spending less time with his research. Aapo is due to marry Akna, who he has had his heart set on for many years and he is best friends with Gabor who has now been made his superior at the lab.
