Created by Eggman's grandfather on the Space Colony ARK, Shadow is the self-professed Ultimate Life Form, fighting to protect the planet... in his own, broody, dangerous way. He is staunchly against Eggman and his plans for world conquest... but shows quite a bit of care and concern towards his badnik creations. Perhaps it's because of his close friendship with Omega? Or perhaps he sees them like he once was, angry and confused and driven by Robotnik's ulterior plans?
