Fan Casting Scratch in Eggfam

Another one of Robotnik's early models, Scratch was supposed to be a hypercompetent hedgehog-catcher. He isn't. What he lacks in brainpower, though, he makes up for in his sheer determination to get the job done, even if he's never succeeded at... anything he tries. He spends too much time bickering with his twin, Grounder, to actually do anything useful. He's rash, arrogant, and very, very loud. He's loyal to his Dad, though, and that's what Eggman loves in his minions.
