Scratch's younger twin, he was supposed to be an improvement upon Scratch's programming. Instead, he's even worse. He's just as arrogant, just as incompetent, but just as determined and persistent. He can also shift his body into a variety of weapons, which is pretty useful. He and Scratch also seem to work on cartoon logic. We're not sure how that happened actually.
