Fan Casting Jeff Andonuts in EarthBound

A young boy who studies at the Snow Wood Boarding School in Winters. When Ness and Paula are captured by zombies in Threed, he is contacted by the latter, and understands he needs to save them. He joins the group with the aid of the flying Sky Runner. Jeff is weak, so he uses guns in battle, but also very smart. Despite lacking in psychic abilities, he more than compensates with his mastery of all things machine; creating weapons the likes of which very few have seen.
