Troy is a member of the Tower and works closely with Jade in trying to keep the survivors alive. Though not as physically imposing as some of the other characters, Troy is an essential part of the Tower's communication and strategy. He helps guide Crane in navigating the deadly city, offering valuable information and support. His calm demeanor and pragmatic nature make him an essential ally, though he is also deeply affected by the loss of his comrades in the chaos of the outbreak.
