Following the events of 2012's Dredd, Judge Dredd continues to bring the Judges' form of justice to the criminals of Mega City One, when suddenly his clone brother Rico - who helped him in the academy, but since turned his back on the Judge system - returns from imprisonment on Titan seeking revenge, which only Dredd can put a stop to.
