When the balloons popped, the house falls into Paradise Falls....Carl & Russell have an failure plan about the Paradise Falls, but instead of House Falls. Both are still alive as well and awokening into the Paradise Falls. Because Mr. Incredible helps Carl & Russell gives his chocolate (expect Kevin).
