What if Doctor Who had a Japanese anime adaptation? Who would play the Doctor(s) and various characters (in the Japanese anime and the English dub)? It's a what-if AU thingamajig inspired by DDWF's WIDWWA-verse foreign adaptations of Doctor Who. Let me know if you have better names for the anime or something.
