Formerly known as Track Star, a speedster superhero and member of the Brave Brigade alongside Mecha Man Astral, predecessor to the current Mecha Man, until his retirement. What isn't public knowledge is that he did not retire by choice, having discovered that his super-speed powers were causing him to age faster at the same time, putting him out of a job until he started working at SDN as a dispatcher for the Phoenix Program. He was the one who recommended that Blonde Blazer recruit Robert for the job as Z-Team's newest dispatcher.
