Inspector Gadget is retired having finally defeated Dr Claw on his last mission. However, Dr Claw is thawed out by his nephew, Talon, who wants to learn the old-school way of being evil from his uncle Dr Claw. Gadget is reluctantly called back in by Chief Quimby, and with his niece Penny, now a teen agent in training, and their loyal dog Brain, they must stop Dr Claw once again from world domination
