The Streets Need a Different Kind of Cop
San Francisco has a killer on the loose. Killing men, women, children all around calling himself 'Scorpio'. They demand a ransom of $100,000,000,00 dollars or they'll kill more and more people. Out of options on how to catch this madman, the SFPD call upon their most egregious and toughest Inspector on the job: Harry Callahan. Now its a race to stop the killer, but will Harry's extreme and vigilantish actions save the day, or drive San Francisco further into chaos?
