Synopsis

Some time after the events of RoboCop 3, Donald Johnson, acting head of the recovering OCP, uncovers an experiment involving a radical field: alternate universes. Upon a successful test, Johnson comes into contact with three unlikely allies: cult leader Ra's al Ghul; crime boss Wilson Fisk, a.k.a. the Kingpin; and alien criminal Christella Revi. This alliance forces RoboCop to look for help, including two vigilantes and an impulsive alien police officer -- as well as create other problems when two men learn about this and feel slighted.

Description of Norman Osborn (The Green Goblin):

A corrupt businessman and archenemy of Spider-Man, Norman Osborn has inflicted a lot of pain on Peter Parker over the years. However, when he learns of the multiversal alliance between the Kingpin, the CEO of a company from another universe, a cult leader, and an alien fugitive; their deliberately keeping him out of it; and Spider-Man's alliance with a bat-themed vigilante and two unique police officers; Osborn takes up the Joker's offer of an alliance against all of them.
