A teamless Digimon tamer from the United States with an affinity for Dragon Digimon. Jessie was born unable to walk and has used a wheelchair all her life, and because of this, she often has to deal with people babying her because of her disability. This unfortunately followed her to the Digital World as well, where she was continually rejected for a tamer license and a chance to join a team because she was believed to be "too weak." Angered by this notion, she chose to become a tamer without a license to prove them wrong, but found that this was illegal and had to go into hiding. She and the other teamless tamers end up becoming prominent allies for Hina and An during their investigation.
