Daizo is Koh's missing father, and is also well-known for being a veteran Digimon tamer who saved the Digital World many years ago and a childhood friend of Chief Glare. Years ago, he and his wife Sango went to investigate a mysterious digital occurrence and never returned, and ever since then his son Koh has spent his years wondering what became of his parents. In the post-game, a clue regarding his whereabouts is discovered in the aftermath of the Chrono Core's attack, and Hina, Koh, Sayo and An all team up to find him.
