Psychemon is a stoic type who seeks to find the true wisdom of the world, and often looks down on much of anything he deems frivolous or irrelevant to his pursuit of knowledge. Because of this attitude, he refused to help the other Devas stop Meicrackmon from being unsealed. As punishment, he was stripped of his power and forced to partner with a human to stop Meicrackmon, much to his disdain as he finds his human partner Xuening shallow and idiotic.
