The very wealthy chairman of Babel inc, a powerful investment company in the city. He is a corrupt businessman, as well as the religious and zealot leader of the demon hunting organization known as DARKCOM, providing funding etc. for their demon hunting activities and also used them as nothing more than tools for his own "Holy War". (The character is based on Vice President William Baines from Netflix's DMC. But in this story, he's not working for the US government. Instead, I made him into an evil CEO type villain).
