Years later after the defeat of balthazar brat, life seems to be back to normal. Gru and lucy are agents again, and the girls are in school now. The meet a girl by the name of sarah ok. But turns out that while in max prison scarlett overkill has bin talking with several of gru's enemies to form a league of villains. During the big fight between gru and the league, scarlett overkill has a daughter who turns out to be sarah.
