The kingdom of CooKingdom is a place responsible for making cuisine in multiple worlds. But one day, its precious treasure, the Recipe-Bon is stolen by a group of phantom thieves called the "Bundoru Gang". They aim to monopolize cooking for themselves by capturing the Recipepes, small fairies that represent the world's dishes. As a result, Rosemary and three Energy Fairies from the kingdom are sent to the human world in the food-loving Oishiina Town, where they meet Yui Nagomi and her friends Kokone Fuwa, Ran Hanamichi, and Amane Kasai.
