A no-nonsense-talking executive of Decemberland and one of Angela's superiors, he's more concerned about the business and profit side of the park and puts a lot of pressure on Angela to make sure its numbers are up to par with the admittedly unrealistic standards set for the whole ordeal, he gets his humorously fitting comeuppance in the story's third act.
