Synopsis

What should be just another break-in mission for Slade Wilson, at the behest of Amanda Waller, quickly becomes bigger and a lot more personal when he not only meets up with his daughter, Rose, but becomes the target of another assassin with connections of blood with him. With Slade's head at stake, father and daughter will now need to put their resentments aside if they want to survive, while a pertinent question will be answered: is there redemption for people like him?

Description of What does Not Kill You:

Slade and Rose meet on top of a building at night, while talking, until he decides to walk away. Deathstroke then draws his sword, as he marks a line on the ground. [Rose] - What are you doing? [Slade] - It's time for us to go our separate ways. - But... - I may not have been the father you deserved, but I can still do something that one would. Rose ends up agreeing with this, and tries to maintain her posture, but ends up hugging him before succeeding. Before the credits start, the girl decides to ask one last question: - Dad - Yes? - Will I see you again? Deathstroke smiles, before putting his mask back on. - It's never goodbye, Ravager. Rose smiles back.
