This universe's Wade Wilson never began mercenary work and never met Vanessa, instead he became a family man. His religious family was on their way to a church event when their bus is involved in an accident with a truck transporting experimental chemical agents. Wade was the sole survivor, due to the chemical exposure and trauma awakening his dormant mutant gene, but his mind was shattered. Amidst the tragedy he connected with Death (Rio Vidal). Seeking Deaths embrace and finding no meaning within his reality he embraces the persona of Madcap, with all the potential of Deadpool he proves to be the ultimate match for the out of place Wade.
