Synopsis

A suspense horror film set in a small coastal town, Potter’s Bluff, where after a series of gory murders commited by mobs of townspeople against visiting tourists, the corpses begin to come back to life. How does the town coroner bring these tourists back as part of their small-town, ever-increasing in its charm and hospitality? Is he freeing them from their depressing lives and offering them a new chance, is he a crazed monster, a macabre genius? And how far has this gone?

Description of Harry Walsh (The Boat Mechanic):

Another of Dobbs’ creations, Harry’s original name and backstory are unknown. He is a mechanic at the local boatyard, and is the one to kill Ernie. Curiously, when Ernie is reanimated and given his new life, he and Harry become best friends and are frequently seen drinking together or playing cards. Aged 35-60
