Proprietor of the only hotel in Potter’s Cove. Ben’s backstory and former name are unknown, as he is one of the reanimated from the beginning of the film. He alerts Dobbs when new tourists arrive in town, and destroys any of his guests identifying information. Effete and proper, he seems to have the most knowledge of his status as undead, and frequently converses on the phone to Dobbs. His backstory is unknown. Aged 60-70
