A couple months after Justice League: Gods Among Us, Captain Cold and Heatwave are back and have a new team with a unknown boss to give out orders as they build a machine to open the Speed Force; which could break the multiverse and it's up to Barry and his nephew sidekick Wally West to stop them before reality collapses.
